穀保家商成功拿下黑豹旗的季軍之後，總教練蔡明堂表示，選手們一路走來都辛苦了，其實不管結果如何，最重要的是讓這些孩子們累積實戰經驗，將來才可以在球場上站穩腳步繼續拼戰。而為了鼓勵辛苦的選手，蔡教練也送上禮物，那就是取消寒訓，讓選手們相當開心。
