嘉義火雞肉飯遠近馳名，但身為鄉親的網路紅人蔡阿嘎，卻為了家鄉味在最新影片裡大暴怒，原來正港的「嘉義雞肉飯」採用的是火雞肉片，北部雞肉飯大部分是用土雞的雞胸肉切成絲，所以北部的雞肉飯正確應該要叫做「雞絲飯」。
