許多有在重訓的人最討厭的就是練腿，我自己也很懼怕練腿，但練完腿的成就感又是無可比擬的，這次趁著健美大魔王許家豪備賽後期，嘗試跟著他一起練腿，原本以為只要降低重量，同樣的課表我可以跟上，結果直接練到快崩潰...太硬了...超多組數跟超快節奏，好難跟上！
